Investor Visa
The Investor Visa allows individuals who have established their company in the UAE to obtain a work and residency visa for 2 years, enabling them to operate their business and legally reside in Dubai.
Property Visa (ab 750K AED)
The Property Visa is intended for investors residing in the DACH REGION who wish to own and manage properties in Dubai. It is valid for 2 years and must be renewed thereafter.
Work (Employment) Visa
A valid Work Visa is required to hire and employ staff in Dubai. This visa also includes a temporary residence and stay permit for employees for a duration of 2 years.
Golden Visa (ab 2Mio AED)
The Golden Visa offers significant investors the opportunity to reside and operate in Dubai. It is valid for 10 years and can be renewed thereafter. It allows for sponsoring children as well as parents.
Freelance Visa
The Freelance Visa allows independent freelancers to settle in Dubai and declare their income there for taxation purposes.
Family Visa (Spouse Visa)
